How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY:

Glitz and Things L.L.C. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of contacting Glitz and Things.com. The item must be returned in the same packaging and condition as it was sent.

Please call 800-913-6909 to authorize a return.

Any items returned after 20 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned via the conditions for return items as stated above.

We will not accept returns after 30 calendar days of purchase for any reason.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund, no exceptions.

We do not manufacture our products therefore no warranty applies.

All merchandise is inspected for defects or damage prior to shipment.

It is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.


COMPENSATION FOR RETURNED/EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE

Returns valued at ten (10) dollars or less that meet the above eligibility for a refund will qualify for store credit.

Returns valued at above ten (10) dollars that meet the above eligibility for a refund will qualify for credit to the payment method originally used or store credit.
